For our Client, one of the oldest financial institutions, we are searching for Fund Accounting Assistant Manager
Your new role
The ET Assistant Manager has direct responsibility for ensuring that the net asset values (NAVs) and PCF Baskets of the fund are calculated accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with standard procedures. He/She is responsible for the scheduling of operational flows, that the necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide accurate and timely fund accounting/administration services to our clients, investment managers, transfer agent, stock exchanges etc.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 4 years experience in the fund administration business. • Knowledge of accounting requirements for a wide range of financial instruments. • Knowledge of Invest One, Bloomberg, Excel, Internet, Custody, Inform and Reuters. Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines. • Organisational, inter-personal and communication skills. • Report writing ability, with a high attention to detail. • Ability to lead subordinates and develop/mentor staff. • Initiative and enthusiasm with an ability to set and achieve challenging goals. • ETF Services experience required.
