Your next position
We're looking for Candidates for the challenging position of Marketing Specialist to be based in Cracow. The specialist works closely with a cross functional team of marketing, sales, data and technology teams to develop, manage and optimize automation campaigns by monitoring market dynamics, analyzing trends and then soliciting content from subject matter experts. The position will be responsible for executing both inbound and outbound marketing plans with the goals of increasing customer contract, lead generation, nurturing and conversion, using Eloqua and Marketo platform as well as other online mediums. The candidate will lead expansion and optimization of marketing operations' processes utilizing the latest marketing technologies and campaign management tools, and have significant opportunity for professional growth and increasing responsibility as we continue to grow.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
We encourage to apply Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in marketing departments, gained at international companies or marketing agencies, experienced in the international business environment. Previous experience in Marketo or ELoqua will be an asset. We expect excellent organisational skills, natural leadership and ability to multi-task. Fluent English knowledge is ecessary.
What do we offer?
Our client offers employment of 1 year contract (with possibility of prolongation) and competitive remuneration package in the range of 08 000 - 12 000 PLN gross (depending on prior experience), company car and additional benefits.
