THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will work on a portfolio of Lab IT applications on a global scale.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Freelance Senior Business Analyst you will enable business process improvement opportunities. You will do so by performing gap analyses and business-IT alignment within several laboratory and production environments. Therefore we are looking for a Business Analyst with senior experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry and strong knowledge of Lab IT and validation processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the liaison between several business units on a global scale
- Business-IT alignment for a portfolio of Laboratory IT applications
- Business process optimization by applying new technology
- Support during international implementation projects
- Delivery of validated projects within regulated environments
- Training of end-users
- Change Management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- 10+ years’ experience as Business Analyst
- 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Laboratory IT (e.g. LIMS / CDS)
- Extensive experience with validation processes (GxP / CSV)
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English and preferably Dutch
