THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a fast growing organisation within the international food industry. Due to their rapid growth and overall increase in production as well as a reorganisation they are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the production with an overall headcount of around 200 people.
Your main responsibilities will be the providing of structure as well as the motivation and coaching of the team leaders.
Furthermore, the focus will be primarily on the increase of the production itself as well as the efficiency.
In this position you will be reporting to the Plant Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implementation and further development of various continuous improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor degree (food technology and/or engineering)
- Proven track record of change management
- Strong communication skills
- Recent and relevant experience within the food (production) industry
