ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Freelance Maintenance Manager, your main focus is to optimize installation sustainability with the aim to reduce production costs. You are practical, analytical and know to get the job done.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for giving direction regarding preventive maintenance.
- You will lead and coordinate projects that aim to improve the continues production process.
- You will analyze installation functioning and malfunctions, and develop a maintenance plan according to your findings.
- You will be in charge of documentation of maintenance reports
- You will give directions and are responsible for training of maintenance staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Technical BSc.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as Project Maintenance Manager.
- Ability to connect operational and strategical level.
- Dutch Communication (speaking/writing).
