ROLE DESCRIPTION
Supporting of the sales team by managing the customers needs and expectations.
Co-manage technical projects with the Food Engineer- Ingredients & Applications Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visiting customers, in coordination with the sales team, to identify their technical requirements.
- Translate technical needs from customers into development projects.
- Recommanding of solutions to improve sales growth and profitablity.
- Designing test programs to develop applications and promote new products.
- Setting up strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Contributing to sale strategies by evaluating current product results.
- Organizing trainings for the sales team and for the distributors.
- Preparating technical support documents like applications sheets, brochures and technical presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years or more experience in the Food Industry in a similar position.
- Master degree in Food Engineering or Food Technology.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
- Experience in selling technical solutions in B2B
- Face 2 face customer experience at different levels
- Ready to travel up to 50% in EMEA zone
