Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
Has been making cheese since 1934 and has grown as a family company into one of the largest and most innovative cheese companies in the world. The company is a specialist in maturing, slicing and packaging cheese for different customers, as well as in the Netherlands and abroad. The companies' customers represent different market segments, such as retail, foodservice and industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of new packaging strategies in an international environment. You will also be responsible for the guiding and leading of different productions, tests and analyses. You will also be in close communication with different stakeholders to improve and optimise the overall cheese packaging process which will lead to a higher packaging efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of new packaging strategies
- Leading of the packaging production process
- Analyses and validation of the packaging process
- Determining and monitoring the process parameters to give advice to the department operators
- Keep track of technological developments in the packaging industry and apply your findings
- Leading and participating in different projects
- Leading and coaching a team of specialists
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in (Packaging) Engineering
- 3-5 Years of experience in packing engineering
- Experience in project management
- Well developed communication and problem analysis skills
