Your new role
On this position you will support and report to the Focus Project Lead as needed, providing frameworks, templates and process information. Your main duties will include preparation of management reports, enforce clear workstream setup, sharpen projects roles and responsibilities and overall status updates. You will be responsible for tracking project risks and issues from meetings with action owners and reporting progress back to the Project Lead. Your role will be also providing leadership in best practices to improve predictability and efficiency of the project delivery capability and coordinate the schedules for all project meetings, room bookings and supporting with travel arrangements.
What you'll need to succeed
Your strong experience in delivering PMO services for large scale projects, knowledge of PMO techniques and procedures and understanding of a full SSC Transition project life cycle will lead to your success. Fluency in English and university degree in Business Administration or Economics are essential as well. You need to be communicative, very flexible to keep project goals on track when circumstances change and demonstrate clear judgment and common sense. We will be happy to see that you are self-motivated team player who is not afraid of new challenges.
