Currently, to our Business Services Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Position purpose
Financial Services Specialist - responsible for daily service delivery in terms of consumer finance products offered by the Client on the French market.
Job description
- Car loans and leasing applications processing (contract creation and funding)
- Contract amendments and termination
- Recalculation of contracts
- Unpaid collection
- Queries resolution (phone/written communication)
- Training junior team members
- Supporting the Team in terms of product and process knowledge
- Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of French language - C1/C2 level (written and oral communication)
- Good knowledge of English - min. B1 level
- Experience in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Customer Service area
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of retail financing - personal loans, leasing will be an asset
- Knowledge of Cassiopae system will be an asset
