Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
The successful candidate will work directly with the CFO of the company and his mission will be to be a business partner for all divisions of the company (commercial, marketing, supply chain, HR, IT) to assure the company business and financial performance on the revenues and cost sides meet the company targets.

Our Client is a retail company, being a leader in its sector of activity. Due to dynamic growth of the organization and internal promotion they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious finance professional to strengthen their local FP&A division.
Description
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis and reporting processes
- Provide full analytic support to the key stakeholders (Regional Management, the l local Board, the CFO, the heads of commercial, marketing, supply chain, HR, IT functions)
- Prepare recommendations in a decision-making process in all the above listed areas, in particular in regards to top-line (sales strategy, pricing, profitability and margins management) and also on the bottom-line (new locations/development of the stores network, purchasing, human resources)
- Ensure controls for all financial processes in regards to its adequacy with financial reporting standards
- Lead the FP&A team
- Participate in cross functional and/or regional improvement initiatives, implement new solutions in IT environment
Profile
- A qualified professional with minimum 7-10 years of experience in a finance/controlling role in a fast-paced international company
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA) will be an added value
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Logistics might be preferred
- Strong mix of technical financial knowledge along with commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Pro-active, open-minded person
- Good understanding of systems applications
- Advanced skills in Ms Excel, ERP knowledge
- Fluency in English is a must
