Financial Director
Lokalizacja: OpolskieFor our Client, , rapidly growing manufacturer with a strong potential to become a leading supplier for customers in CEE and Germany, we are looking for Chief Financial Officer who becomes the main financial partner for board (CEO and COO) and all stakeholder as banks, auditors, advisors in all financial issues.
Scope of responsilibilities:
- Full Management of Accounting (including profit & loss, balance sheet accountability and employing revenue management)
- Responsible for Cash Flow, Liquidity and new CAPEX considerations
- Responsible for the profitability of the business – supervisory and controlling of current operations, quality costs, verified project by project – monitored on every contribution margin level + final responsibility for acceptance of new businesses and projects
- Responsible for CAPEX Planning and calculation of ROI´s on new investments including implementation of proper procedures
- Responsible for decision making on all key important financial matters
- Achievement of financial targets as set in the business plan
- Supports and executes the achievement of vision and mission of company
- Continuously improves and develops the role of the financial department as an “objective brain” of the whole organization being able to collect, analyse and provide proper data for decisions
- Becomes the main financial partner for board (CEO and COO) and all stakeholder as banks, auditors, advisors in all financial issues

Requirements:
- Higher educational background with specialization in Finance/accountancy
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management in a production company ( Controlling Manager/ Plant Controller preferably within automotive sector)
- Ability to introduce and manage financial management based on proper planning ( data and fact- based management , focus on cost efficiency and EBIDTA achievement
- Strong accountancy/ financial/ controlling knowledge
- Experience in change management- leadership skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English , German knowledge would be an asset
