For our Client, a global company from production sector, we are seeking a self-dependent Financial Controller for the Polish HQ. The person will report to the Group Financial Director.
Financial ControllerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Main duties:
Review and analyse monthly management reporting, semi-annual financial reporting, budgeting, longterm strategic planning of the Polish operating entities;
Provide regular reports, provide the analysis of performance and forecasts;
Prepare presentations and commentaries as needed for key stakeholders;
Liaise with local Financial Directors and Controllers on financial performance of operations, budget preparation, forecasting, strategic plan preparation, impairment testing and other processes throughout the year;
Participate in preparation of consolidated Financial Statements;
Provide financial input for acquisition and capital expenditure proposals.
Key functional competencies:
University degree;
+5 years of professional experience in finance preferably in production company;
Strong management and financial accounting knowledge;
Advanced knowledge of reporting, budgeting and forecasting process;
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyse and validate financial and performance data;
Very strong analytical and logical skills with ability to draw appropriate conclusions and identify inconsistences;
Demonstrated ability to present and defend opinions/conclusions;
Provide high quality work in terms of equally substance and form;
Strong IT orientated with excellent knowledge of MS Office especially advanced excell and powerpoint;
ACCA qualifications/in progress would be an advantage;
Fluent English.
