Financial Controller
Lokalizacja: WarsawOn behalf of our Client, a leading, international real estate company based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for:
Junior Financial Controller
Duties:
- Preparation of monthly and annual reports
- Performing financial planning
- Supporting of main financial aspects of the company, f.ex. accounting on a daily basis
- Planning and controlling of cash flow process
- Coordination of financial processes of subsidiary companies
- Supporting Financial Director on his daily tasks
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting
- Participation/coordination of finance tools implementation process
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Very good command of both written and spoken English (a must)
- 3 years of experience on a similar position
- Well-established finance knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, results and problem solving process
- Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines
- Very good in MS Office (MS Excel)
