Financial Controller
Candidate will be fully independent and responsible for all financial control aspects of a group of entities. Will report directly to CFO.
It is an ideal role for a candidate with min 3 years of experience including at least 1 year on similar position plus in an audit company (preferably BIG 4), ideally in real estate team.

For an our Client, fast growing, well known real estate company, currently we are looking for outstanding candidate for a Financial Controller role based in Warsaw.
Description
- Controlling of the performance of the Group's SPVs and the Group as a whole
- Statutory, management and bank reporting
- Budgeting and cash flow forecasting on the standalone and consolidated basis
- Participation in the Group's year-end process including cooperation with the Group's auditors
- Supervision of the external accountants
- Managing day-to-day operational matters of the SPVs
- Development project controlling
- Cooperation with the financing banks and utilization requests preparation
- Other matters of the SPVs assigned in the area of finance, tax and accounting
Profile
- Total experience of min. 3 years including at least 1 year on similar position. Ideally experience in an audit company
- Real estate industry experience
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office,
- Advanced command of Excel and analytical skills will be a great advantage
- Perfect command of English
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, should be able to deliver tasks independently and work in a team
- Ready to work under time constraints
