An exciting opportunity has arisen for professionals with experience in financial controlling. Our client is a global pharmaceutical company that establishes a new Finance Sheared Service Centre in Cracow. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Financial Controller.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for prepare financial consolidation and month end controlling, prepare group internal reporting of net sales, Performance P&L's and other reports to Board of Management, Commercial Operations management and other stakeholders, participate in preparation of internal reporting to Board of Management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders, provide ad hoc analysis and insights on specific issues and participate in annual report process. What is more your scope of duties will also include participating in budget and outlook process, preparing shared facility and global allocation budget and cash flow forecasts. The person in this position will also be responsible for prepare financial master data and BI user access maintenance, administration of share based incentive programs, ensure adequate controls and documentation.
A successful Candidate should be fluent in English and have at least 2-3 years prior experience in finance. The ideal candidate has formal qualifications, e.g. a Master’s degree in Finance, Auditing or Business administration. Experience from auditing or controlling function is required. The ideal Candidate should be result driven and ambitious who takes responsibility and is ready for and can lead change. Experience with SAP, Excel and SAP Bex or other BI tools is a must. Structured, proactive and analytical working style and attention to details and accuracy are essential in order to be successful on this position.
