Financial Business Analyst
Location: Cracow
Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for the quality of financial, management reports and analysis, across multiple regions and/or entities
Designing and managing plan to ensure that the team adheres to the periodic-close timetable and meets all periodic-close deadlines
Furthering knowledge of the ITID technology business and services, developing a reputation as a finance expert in this field
Innovating to optimize financial processes and compiling reports, driving efficiencies and cost savings
Partnering with the regional and local ITID functional teams to develop and implement strategic and long-term plans while ensuring appropriate analytical rigor
Acting as financial/operational adviser to the regional and local ITID functional management teams
Leading all financial planning, reporting and analysis processes for HOST, including the annual budget process, forecasts, projections and strategic initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
Demonstrable strength in business and budget management
Ability to work in large businesses and/or internationally-based team environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where business requirements change daily
Possess a track record of delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways.
Proven experience of leading others and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver
Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations
Deal effectively with highly complex commercial information and business challenges to create strategic business plans which effectively deliver results
Possess a comprehensive understanding of business finance and management information and an ability to use this information to inform decisions and deliver efficiencies/savings
Degree level or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
Have expert skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
