Currently for our Client, international SSC located in Zabierzów, we are looking for Finance Reporting Manager.
Candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information in accordance with relevant statutory, regulatory, group reporting requirements liaising with senior finance representatives of the respective site, understanding the relevant group / statutory / regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance,managing local reporting to Central Banks, responsibility for developing accounting and reporting processes, providing financial expertise and guidance to the entities, implementations and monitoring changes in reporting, managing the team – recruitment, assessing, training, backups and leading the projects within finance area.
We are looking for Candidates with qualified accountant or relevant university degree, professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) will be an asset, at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, audit or control with excellent analytical skills, experience in leading and managing a professional finance team, experience of financial reporting from database systems, in-depth knowledge of financial principles (IFRS), financial accounting and control, in-depth knowledge of the banks systems / structures,knowledge of central bank regulations will be an asset,very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, VBA will be a plus) and excellent English both written and verbal (additional European language will be a plus).
