This is a full-time job based in a good location in Cracow.
Our Client is well known, international company that specialise in Money Transfers and selling financial products to their clients.Currently we are looking for Candidates with Germanlanguage to join Customer Service team.
While working at the position at Finance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and email. You will be working towards improving our digital products and our portfolio of partner companies. What is more, you will be a representative of online & social media.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in German,additional language would be an asset. Good English and excellent communication skills are a must. An ideal Candidate needs to be customer focused, flexible and able to think outside of the box.Previous working experience in Customer Service environment would be an advantage but is not a must.
