Our client is an international company leader in its industry and offers a large range of innovative products and services. Due to continuous growth of its operations abroad, and to strengthen its team, the company has decided to find a talented, hands-on, and experienced finance professional, for the newly created position of Regional Finance Director. In this challenging and exciting role, the successful candidate will report directly to the Group CFO and will be a key business partner role to the Group''s Board members.

The Regional Finance Director will play a key role in providing support to the Group's operations, through:
- In-depth understanding of the business and pro-active analyses of internal and external data to unveil trends to management
- Providing functional leadership to the business units with the intention to ensure efficient delivery of finance budget, forecast, management reports, risk management, internal control and audit processes
- Contributing to acquisition and investment decisions through analyses, negotiations, due diligence and integration
On this position, the successful candidate will deal with the Group CEO, Group CFO as well as business unit CEO's and other staff of the Group, and is expected to support in the preparation of reports and concepts/business proposals at supervisory board level of the Group.
Kogo szukamy / Profile description
- Be a qualified and experienced financially skilled manager and a Chartered Accountant, or equivalent, preferably with Big Four audit firm experience.
- Have a relevant business background enabling to develop a business outlook
- Have excellent communication skills and intercultural working capabilities
- Be able to identify areas of practical business issues to develop creative solutions
- Be a self-starter and achiever needing little management supervision
- Down-to-earth, non-hierarchical and prepared to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
- Be a team player, able to present complex issues in an inspiring and convincing way
- Highly self-motivated, energetic and resilient
- Be prepared to travel frequently on a regional basis (app. 50% of the time)
