For our Client, international company located in Kraków,we are looking for candidates willing to fill a position of a Finance Lead.
This position is accountable for setting up and implementation of the financial policy of the company, organizational and staffing decisions, as well as for the development and retention of business relations with company’s Clients. Working on this position, the Candidate will be held responsible for accounting processes and its compliance with appropriate policies, US GAAP and Reporting and Statutory requirements, as well as the execution of internal controls and its compliance with SOX requirements. What is more, duties will also include daily activities connected with recruitment of staff, monitoring and ensuring of its performance, as well as identification and rewarding of its achievements. Recognition and implementation of crucial modifications to the financial procedures and strategies in order to keep a continuous improvement process will be also accounted as a responsibility.
A successful Candidate should be fluent in English and have a university degree in the field of finance or accounting , as well as at least 8 years of relevant accounting experience and a shared service center background. We require SAP systems and Microsoft Office fluent knowledge. What is more, the Candidate should be characterized by strong financial knowledge along with good communication and leadership skills.
