Finance Director (m/f)
The successful candidate will manage all financial and business (logistics, administration) functions, report directly to the local Managing Director and Regional Finance Director. The candidate will have profound impact on business.

Our Client is one of the global leaders within Retail / FMCG sector. In order to strengthen the team we are seeking to recruit a talented professional for the position of Finance Director.
Description
- Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support to local management
- Plan, direct and monitor all key processes within the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities
- Ensure the organization understands and owns strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and is committed to delivering promised results
- Monitor, report and challenge the financial performance of the different activities in all product categories
- Oversee the preparation of financial and non-financial data for the monthly business reporting
- Provide Management with accurate analysis and recommendations to support key decisions
- Act as counsel to the business beyond the financial aspects
- Support General Manager, Regional Financial Director and other managers
Profile
- University degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or economics
- A qualified professional with a minimum 3-5 years of experience (in a similar role preferably in international RETAIL / Distribution / FMCG company) in finance; Big 4 background will be a strong asset
- Deep understanding of all P&L and Balance sheet components
- Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, with attention to detail
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent analytical skills
- Strong Business Awareness
- Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- IT Literacy, preferably ERP class systems (CDN-XL); knowledge / implementation experience of BI tools will be an added value
