Our client is leading manufacturer and supplier of cooling products for the automotive market, industrial, railway and marine sector.
Description
-
Responsible for accounting and financial reporting of the production plant
-
Oversees and responsible for the preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting activities (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements) in accordance with (Polish and IFRS)
-
Provide accurate and timely insight into business performance by analyzing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast
-
Coordinate tax return preparation and statutory returns
-
Advise and support the Management Team (including Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, Logistics)
-
Cooperating with external auditors, tax office, insurance companies and banks
-
Being a key contact between headquarter and production plant concerning strategy of development, controlling and accountancy
Profile
-
Strong experience of working as a Financial Controller within a manufacturing operation
- Supply Chain aspects very well known
-
Preferably qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
-
Fluency in English is must
-
Very good Excel would be considered highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to manage time effectively and react to problems that may arise
-
Excellent communication skills and command instant credibility with non-finance staff, customers and suppliers
