For our Client, well-known international company located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role of Finance Analyst.
Your new role
As Finance Analyst you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic target operating model, sponsoring and driving the execution of all work within the roadmap, escalating issues to executive sponsors as needed, as well as partnering across the organization, forming strong relationships with key teams to drive the strategy and roadmap forward. Moreover, you will use thorough industry knowledge and understanding of all business unit’s functional area or products to sponsor strategic initiatives for the business and use analysis and drive solutions to solve complex operations, systems related and/or customer issues with possible financial risk.
Additionally, you will compile, analyse and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations for the future support model for teams involved with forecasting on behalf of the business. Define process improvements options, determine optimal solutions through tactical and strategic recommendations, may involve new policies, procedures and technology solutions. You will be also responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate you need to have 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, finance, business operations, strategic planning within IT Infrastructure environment as well as strong knowledge and understanding of the financial, operational, technical and regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment.
Moreover, experience with IT strategic planning, governance and management, experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution as well as ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams. Strong Excel, Powerpoint and Apptio skills will be considered as an advantage.
