Finance Analyst / Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Supporting global controlling tasks
- Preparation of monthly management & KPI reports
- Analysis and controls of financial data
- Support of planning and forecasting processes
- Preparing reports to region’s Managers
- Master data maintenance (e.g. structures in finance systems)
- Support implementation and effective use of tools and processes
- Coordination and support of improvement initiatives
- Support ERP implementation
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company (experience in SSC/ BPO sector will be advantage)
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economy, Mathematics
- Fluent in English
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Project and time management skills as well as strong organisational skills
- Strong team player, capable and confident to challenge the status quo and drive for continual improvement
- Ability to engage in the full range of activities, i.e. anything from data collection, analyses and presentation of results
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to evaluate problems in order to recommend pragmatic and effective solutions
