Finance & Accounting Process Specialist English Speaker

Business Services employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Main accountabilities
- Responding to ad-hoc queries from Client’s side
- Opening a customer unit called project on request
- Review of employees’ timesheets
- Issuing of customer invoices during monthly cycle
- Providing various analyses
- Performing corrections of time for employees on Client’s account
- Reconcile the accounts on monthly basis
- Contact with client on daily O2C matters
- Closing of customer unit called project
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope
Requirements
- Very good English is required
- Experience in O2C/R2R
- Experience in Project Accounting area would be a huge asset
- Good Excel knowledge and computing skills
- Ability to organize own work and tackle priority tasks
- Good Customer Service & communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with the Client
- Ability to bring an answer quickly and efficiently
- Ability to travel to Nordic countries
