Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
The represented company is a global manufacturer of medical technologies and laboratory instruments.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Field Service Engineer you will be the connecting link between the company and its customers. By supporting the customers in your assigned region with all arising technical problems, you are a crucial part in achieving customer satisfaction. The support can take place in forms of maintenance work, repairing activities or operator education. You are responsible for reaching the agreed SLAs by organizing all your activities on your own and by ensuring a high quality of customer support. Next to analyzing failures and maintaining the systems you are also responsible for the technical reporting and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical support of customers in your assigned region
- Reach the agreed Service Level Agreements
- Repair & maintenance - correction as well as prevention
- Advancement of systems
- Training of operators
- Technical documentation
- Organization of your own work
- You must be resistant to pressure
- Relationship-Management with Customers
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor Degree
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Great technical knowledge as well as good communication skills
- Stress-resistance with a hands-on mentality
- Valid Driving License
- Fluent in English & German
