Your new role
The primary objective is to develop and supervise the Field Collection Team comprised of Field Collectors based in all areas around the country and to manage Field Collection Agencies the company may collaborate with. You should be able to manage the day to day planning, operational challenges, problem-solving of Field Collection team, to develop the team, to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience and high customer satisfaction levels.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a graduate, with minimum 2 years of Field / Collections /B2C/ Operations/ BPO collections
experience, with team handling experience. Should have experience in agency management preferably in high vintage and should be able to coordinate with other departments efficiently to resolve issues.
