For one of our new global RPO contracts we are looking for an experienced Romanian speaking Recruiter / Client Manager to be based in Poland.Our Client is a Fortune 100 business which is ranked, by Fortune Magazine, as one of the most admired companies in the world.
Working partly from Hays European SSC in Krakow or Warsaw, Poland, partly from client premises in Romania you will be proactively managing the recruitment process from requisition to placement across different client’s entities in Romania, providing a market leading RPO service and driving direct candidate sourcing initiatives whilst developing and promoting the relationship between yourself and stakeholders.
