For our Client, a well- known corporation based in Cracow, we are looking for candidates, who would like to join their team as a Customer Service Executive in the Financial department!
Here you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial operations on clients’ accounts, updating the database, preparing documentation and contacting clients from the USA (working schedule- late shifts 14:00-22:00).
To be successful in your new role, you should be speaking English fluently (B2 level is a must), have excellent communication skills and be familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not a must.
A candidate who will be chosen for this role, will be offered a challenging position with an attractive salary and a benefit package including Multisport card.
