Executive Assistant

Our client is a leading global management consulting firm, expertizing in strategy, operations and risk management. They are a globally recognized company with offices all around the world, with a visions that that helps many corporations.Our Client is currently looking for a candidates to fill the position of an Executive Assistant. In your job you will be responsible for provides administrative support to assigned Partners and Principals/Managers as well as providing support to other departments as required.

Job responsibilities:
• Create and maintain calendars and perform all necessary scheduling for assigned Partners and Principals
• Work with Travel Agents to coordinate travel arrangements for assigned Partners and Principals
• Type and prepare client proposals
• Establish and maintain necessary filing systems
• Prepare timesheets and reconcile charges against statements
• Interact with clients regarding meeting setup, case status and other administrative issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with client counterparts
• Interact with specialized outside vendors and offices worldwide
• Conduct research for mass-mailings
• Assist and attend conferences and/or specialized area meetings as needed
• Prepare standard PowerPoint documents if required
Who we are looking for?
• At least BA degree with secretarial experience
• Minimum 3 years working experience in demanding business environment preferably in professional services
• Knowledge of computer and related technology operations and principles
• Advanced skills in Outlook and Microsoft Word, Power Point
• Familiarity with basic office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, etc.)
• Familiarity with standard business filing procedures and systems
• Strong, proven analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
• Organization and prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Very good Polish and English language skills
