Executive Assistant with fluent French
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Execute administrative and project management duties for and on behalf of the Senior Management representatives:
- calendar management;
- preparing presentations and reports;
- organization and monitoring meetings, conference and vide calls;
- travel arrangements etc.
- Understanding and recognize business needs of Senior Management representatives
- Deliver the highest standard of support as a first point of contact
Executive Assistant with fluent French
Work place: WrocławRequirements:
- Fluent French (written and oral) at least C1
- Good English (written and oral) at least B2 level
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communications skills
- Professional experience in administrative support
