As an Executive Assistant you will act as the personal assistant of the Vice President(s). You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative assistance, and perform tasks related to agenda management on daily basis.Responsibilities

- Handle requests and queries that may come ad hoc
- Collate and file expenses
- Setting up and assist at F2F Meetings
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as personal assistant- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
