Exchange & Unified Communications Engineer
Location: Warsaw
Job type: Contract B2B
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across all messaging systems to monitor system performance and activity, installations, configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting as appropriate.
- Identify, monitor, improve and implement email security leveraging cloud platforms.
- Ensure that the Communications Systems are available according to agreed service levels.
- Develop, maintain and document detailed knowledge of systems management, monitoring and recovery across the spectrum of Messaging infrastructure and services, supporting high-capacity, high-availability, business-critical applications and services.
- Adopt best practice approach to delivering and maintaining services, strictly observe all policies and procedures. Utilising IT security auditing, performance metrics and analysis to deliver management reports in compliance with service agreements.
- Produce detailed, articulate and professional written documents for the management team and peer group, ranging from proposals through to detailed technical documents.
- Exchange Server skills in an enterprise size environment and be able to demonstrate strong knowledge with 2010/2013, any experience with 2016 (hybrid solution) would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of scripting.
- Good knowledge of Skype for Business.
- Good understanding of Mimecast (email security cloud).
- Good knowledge of MDM systems.
- AD / DNS management.
- Following would be an advantage:
- Unified communications (Jabber / Teams / Slack), VOIP, SIP services and associated network configuration, including integration with Cisco Jabber and video / collaboration tool integration, supporting Exchange UM for voicemail / Cisco.
- Remote working solutions Unified Endpoint Management.
- Azure & Office 365.
- Cisco Call Manager,
- Windows server 2012/2016 OS, clustering, Windows Desktop 7/10, VMware.
