ERP&IT infrastructure specialist

Responsibilities:
- responsibility for the design, implementation, development and optimization of the company’s ERP Platform (Microsoft Dynamics Navision) on all present and future location
- cooperate with individual business function managers
- design, develop and implement the relevant ERP modules
- digitalizing the primary operational processes, documentation and data collection
- prepare, implement and maintain group level IT policy
- design, implement and monitor IT security
- lead and coordinate cross functional and cross location IT projects
- manage, develop and cost optimize (contractual) relations with external service providers– regarding all HW and SW platforms
- supervision and maintenance of all HW and SW based business platforms and systems
- contribute to IT investment policy
- experience in designing, building, implementing and developing the Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP platform for production companies
- hands-on profile who can take deep personal responsibilities in building up the system and manage external service providers – simultaneously
- general knowledge about issue trackers for daily operations and project management
- experience in similar projects as an external consultant or in similar IT infrastructure manager positions
- English language skills must be at the highest professional level
- strong experience in project management skills
- experience with implementation of electronic shop-floor documentation and data reporting – both SW and HW aspects would be highly relevant
- international experience and good inter-cultural skills
