EMEIA Finance - AR Specialist Accountant with French
Purpose of Role:
Supports the respective Team Leaders and Senior Accountants. The role will perform Accounts Receivable transaction processing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures.
Key Activities:
- Maintain customer / concessionaire master data
- Process customer credit and debit
- Invoice customer
- Incoming payments application
- Invoice supplier / concessionaire / others
- Process accounts receivable
- Dunning
- Settlement of later income
- Achieve performance objectives agreed with assigned Team Leader
- Perform other duties as required within AR area as agreed with the assigned team lead
- Contribute to Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives as required
- Contributes to achievement of Accounts Receivable performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
Professional skills:
- BSc in Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting. Professional certification such as a CPA or a CIMA is an advantage
- Typically 1-3 years experience in in accounting area preferably Accounts Receivable
- Business English and French (oral and written skills) across finance organization – min. B2
- Fluent or sufficient communication skills (oral and written skills) in other language as per customer requirements
- Experience working within Accounts Receivable process, or other core financial processes, within a complex, large volume environment would be an advantage
- SSC experience an advantage
