For our Client, international company, we are currently looking for PMO Lead experienced in global business and system transformation initiatives.
Your new role
Being a member of the Global Finance PMO team you will be responsible for establishing a new function to manage the multiple entry to new markets in EMEA. You will deploy a new ERP and many other critical initiatives in EMEA. You will work with Lead finance ERP PMO to deliver on specific deliverables. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure entry to new countries are executed properly. Additionally you will monitor country results as well as actuals against approved budgets and provide guidance by holding teams accountable to completed project spend according to agreed funding. As an expert you will be responsible for preparing financial analysis work with department managers and team members to implement project schedule and ensure that milestones are met. Candidate will take an active role in preventing delays and ensuring that deliverables are completed according to schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have experience in a similar role (8 years+) in financial systems and data management, including P2P processes understanding. Being an out-of-the-box thinker and experienced in capable of leading change. Experience implementing ERP in a complex organization as well as strong understanding of SAP Cloud and experience in deploying globally is a must. You should have strong understanding of R2R process and management reporting tools. Six Sigma or Program Manager Certifications is required. Relevant accounting Qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA ) or MBA will be in a plus.
