In reference to the continuous development of the business of our client, global producer of roof systems for OEMs from automotive industry, OTTO Polska Specialist Staffing is looking for the candidates interested in the following job offer:
Electronics Engineer - Supplier Quality Development Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- auditing of suppliers based on ISO-TS and/or VDA 6.3 during New Supplier Selection, Run-at-Rate and Supplier Improvement Projects
- analyzing, improvement and report on suppliers which have received a low score on Quality Performance
- support Customer Focus Teams (CFT) in case of complex quality issues
- leading, tracking and close PPAP activities related to product and tool changes
- support the Organization in the realization of Continuous Improvement during development, industrialization and production of new projects both internally and externally
- instructing, advising and supporting suppliers with regards to process control with the aim of improving Supplier Performance
- leading Supplier Performance improvement projects
- analyzing, monitoring and report progress on quality issues linked to SQD
- monitoring, auditing and report the supplier corrective actions
- preventing quality issues from occurring
- participation in supplier selection.

Requirements:
- higher technical education – at least engineer’s degree with specialization in electronics
- previous professional experience on electronics engineer position and / or in quality department will be an asset
- very good command of English (oral and written)
- motivation for professional development in the field of suppliers quality
- willingness to travel (c.a. 30-40% of working time)
- analytical and problem solving skills, project management skills
- ability to work independent as well as in a team, flexibility, responsibility.
