Electronics BU Finance Head
An interesting opportunity for experienced financial controllers, ideally from automotive business, and perfectly from electronics components. Reporting hierarchically to the BU Director (locally) and functionally to the Group Financial Director (USA).

Our Client is a global automotive company, developing it's R&D structures for autonomous driving systems in Cracow.
Description
- Organising Weekly & Monthly reporting in line with the standards of the company
- Prepare Monthly closing in accordance with IFRS GAAP, with analysis of variation vs forecasts & budget
- Prepare BU consolidated Financial statements
- Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Forecasts
- Prepare yearly budget
- Prepare Medium & Long term business plans
- Insure asset protection & Internal control
- Review & warrant Balance Sheet contents & valuation
- Review Business opportunities & Business case, including asset investment potential & actual return
- Participate in the validation of customer offers
- Control the profitability of projects vs planning & product margins vs offer
- Monitor spending & cash flow
- In coordination with Global treasury team, handle funding operations with financial institutions
- Elaborate & track implementation of Back on track plans for correction of deviations vs budget
- Exchange with financial Auditors
- Promote & organise business incentives & government grants
- Optimise tax & duties for maximisation of Shareholders return
- Manage accounting & controlling teams
Profile
- Minimum 5 year's experience on similar role in auto & auto components industry with International component
- Strong understanding of automotive electronics business and electronics production
- Degree on Economics or Business Management in a reputed school
- Strong notions on Financial statements consolidation
- Fluent in English (B2 or C1)
- Available for travel
- Autonomous on SAP & MS Office tools utilisation
