Summary

We are seeking applications for a permanent full-time eLearning Developer to work in Enterprise Business Operations Academy (Order to Cash) in Gdynia (formerly Customer Administration Academy). The role will support Enterprise Business Operations globally.

The successful candidate will be a Learning Consultant with experience/expertise in adult learning who is also experienced in designing and developing eLearning. The role will report into the EMEA Learning Manager, who is based in London. 

Job Description

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The eLearning Developer/Learning Consultant will:

  • Work with subject matter experts to develop learning rather than relying on his/her own functional expertise
  • Carry out performance consulting/learning needs analysis as a basis for designing learning materials following the principles of good instructional design
  • Design and develop both self-paced learning and instructor-led learning (both face-to-face and virtual) to support global service excellence in Enterprise Business Operations (Order to Cash). Self-paced learning may include eLearning (developed in Articulate Storyline), workbooks, videos and reference material
  • Design and develop assessments to complement learning and design appropriate evaluation methods
  • Complete the required learning administration to provide reporting information for managers
  • Update learning materials in the light of process changes
  • Maintain and drive Academy standards for instructional design and learning development, supporting others to provide learning of a consistent standard via templates and guidelines
  • Work with the business and individuals post program to put in place follow-up and performance support

The eLearning Developer/Learning Consultant may be required to:

  • Lead learning projects
  • Create graphically rich supporting resources, e.g. printed cards, games, on-the-job learning support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Is likely to have a degree - but relevant experience acceptable without a degree
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Is able to design and develop a range of learning solutions, including eLearning, workbooks, instructor-led training - both face-to-face and remotely delivered Webex sessions
  • Is able to use eLearning development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Captivate) to a high standard - i.e. not only to develop demos (we use Storyline as our core tool)
  • Is able to edit audio and to insert it into eLearning
  • Is able to develop/customise graphics for use within eLearning
  • Is able to integrate video into eLearning
  • Creative and effective in helping others grow their skill and knowledge on a variety of subjects
  • Good communication and listening skills. Passionate about communicating
