Webanywhere have firmly established themselves as one of the UK's leading e-learning companies. We are now bringing our success to the USA and as such we are looking to add an experienced E-Learning Content Developer to our Katowice based team.
The role:
The role of the E-Learning Content Developer is to develop interactive, engaging, and instructionally sound custom elearning experiences using Articulate Storyline for a variety of customers and industries. Your role will also include creating reusable rapid elearning templates and layouts for the design team to use across projects. You’ll collaborate with other members of the design team to translate requirements into prototypes for iterative user feedback.
Main responsibilities:
- create and modify e-learning content according to best practices, including overall screen layout, formatting, interactions, graphical look and feel,
- build engaging Articulate Storyline courses using interactions, triggers, branching, variables, quizzes, and other elements of the software,
- collaborate with instructional designers and turn competency based instruction from storyboards into interactive and engaging learning experiences,
- understand SCORM compliance and general LMS behaviors.

Wymagania
Essential requirements:
- highly proficient in Articulate Storyline (preferred), Lectora or Adobe Captivate,
- prior experience in working with either Moodle, Totara LMS or other e-learning applications,
- at least good command of English,
- good organisational and problem solving skills,
- willing to learn and pick up new skills quickly,
- able to work well in a fast paced organisation and be a team player,
- have a high level of attention to detail,
- excellent communication skills.
