We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
E Channel Analyst ( French)
Location: Krakow
Key Accountabilities:
Process customer documentations accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets
Handles customer calls (Inbound/Outbound) and implement e-Channel project in accordance with our Bank procedures and standards
Provides high quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified Service Level Agreements
Issues/problems are effectively investigated and resolved or appropriately referred with recommendations
Builds an excellent relationship with stakeholders and ensure best quality account management while resolving customer inquiries
Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up / direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
Other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to (e.g. project implementations, system maintenance and infrastructure development
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English
Good conversational skills to hold the attention of the customer on the telephone.
Ability to write business letters and reports
Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
Time management skills and ability to prioritize are critical
Knowledge of GLCM products / e-channels is an advantage
Flexibility to work shifts.
Ability to build good rapport with people.
Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data.
