Divisional Strategic Marketing Analyst
Calling all analysts with a passion and drive for change management!
The Sales Operations Team play a crucial role in supporting sales across Europe with analysis, recommendations, project management and automation. As well as managing iSell, our CRM tool, we will be spending much more time helping sales to be more efficient, so we want team members with strong organization and innovation skills. The successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable in dealing with large amounts of data. Some basic programming skills and experience of databases would also be a big advantage.
Key responsibilities:
Develop processes and programs for all markets in the EMEA region, in close cooperation with the sales organization, other marketing groups and meeting the expectations of the senior management.
Initiate yield management programs that strike the right balance between customer requirements and the internal profit objectives of the company. Identify, analyse, develop and implement process/practice/policy to improve operational sales.
Develop advanced tools for the sales organization to submit and execute requests for strategic customers.
The right Marketing Analyst will have the following profile:
Business school/University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Mathematics.
Experience of extracting and interpreting databases would help.
Knowledge of CRM applications would be desirable.
Teamwork will be crucial as the team will be spread across Europe Experience in dealing with Marketing, Finance or Sales business cases.
Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).
Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilities.
Salesforce experience will be benefitial experience in managing projects with strong IT component: Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables). affinity with technical tools such as (VBA, SQL, etc‌) knowledge of Access, SQL / Oracle Databases is an advantage
Ability to manage internal cross-functional teams to fast-cycle strategic developments.
