Disbursement Team Leader
In this role you will be responsible for handling payments, vendor master queries, internal invoice queries, invoice accruals, vendor aging and vendor reconciliations for European countries.
Client Details
Our Client is a well-known and international company that has a significant impact on our health. Around 1.5 years ago they started to build their SSC structures in the Warsaw City Center. They are supporting AP, T&E and Procurement and Disbursement processes for the EMEA region.
Description
- Monitoring AP process
- Controlling and updating internal policies and procedures
- Being focal point for banks, updating bank mandates for regular payments, opening new accounts and setting electronic bank access.
- Ensuring awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures
- Being main point of contact for external and internal audits
- Managing a team: motivating, coaching, conducting 1:1 meetings, setting KPIs, working on development plans & continuous improvement
Profile
- Higher education in Finance and Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the similar position within an SSC environment
- Experience in team management of minimum 5 team members
- Expertise in the P2P processes
- Fluent English, other language will be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Ariba would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Flexible approach and ability to work under time pressure
