THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Bouches-du-Rhône France.
Our client is a family-owned professional organisation with its own breeding programs, production and retail departments. Specialized in vegetables grown in the fields.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Your responsibilities will be to guarantee the quality and quantity of the seeds that are being produced for the clients. This entails improving existing processes and deliberating with commercial departments and R&D to inform of the activities of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling all production activities so as to accommodate all clients within France and internationally;
- Introducing continuous improvement processes so as to improve quality of the seeds and increase quantity;
- Recurring deliberations with other departments to align all company activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a bachelor in the agricultural sector with at lest 5 years working experience in a production role;
- Ability to track all imports and exports and work with international clients;
- Knowledge of basic cultivation methods;
- Speak the French and English language, Spanish is a plus.
