Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Netherlands.
The company is a highly innovative and independent antibody research focused firm. They strive to maintain their independent status and collaborate with a variety of international stakeholders worldwide. Their products are in clinical phases at this point and for their preclinical development sections, they are now looking for a new Director Antibodies.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will aid setting up leading programs for the antibody discovery and development. You will lead the teams as to what sources to use, which direction to take and advise in collaboration and time and financial resources. You will be involved in technology development and apply your strong background in discovery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a variety of antibody research departments
- Aid in implementing new discovery strategies
- Advice on new technological improvements
- Steer towards clinical research
REQUIREMENTS
- PhD in immunology, hematology or a related field
- 10+ years of experience
- Track record in antibody research
- Strong technical know-how
- People inspirator
