- Support in deployment of product information management. Maintenance of product information management. That will require close and effective cooperation with multi- functional local and European teams.
- Preparation of product information management reporting and trigger appropriate action to keep the product data up-to-date.
-Operational maintenance of product information management system.
- Changes & maintenance of 3m.pl & intranet contents. That will require close and effective cooperation with multi- functional local and European teams.
- Preparation of e- scorecard metrics.
- Suggestion of recommendations for e-Business activities to accelerate marketing processes
- Execution of planned e-Mail marketing activities
- Responsibility for support of other e-activities including eCommerce, eSurveys & eLearning
- Sharing of the e-knowledge, best practices and serving as the primary operational "e-contact" for the local marketing team
- Maintenance of relationship with local and regional interactive marketing agencies
- Working with local and regional IT department on tools and processes supporting e-initiatives in the a/m areas
- Operational support of any other tasks assigned to Digital Operations Team
- Register status of the work done and progess of each task assigned to Digital Operations Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, advanced Excell skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of the subject Digital (interest in the subject)
