For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:
Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Job type: contract B2B (via Hays)
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and executing digital strategy and digital employer branding across our media channels, as well as advising the global community.
Responsibilities:
• Working as a key enabler for the execution, measurement and optimization of digital marketing campaigns around the world.
• Leveraging web analytics and business intelligence solutions, monitoring the performance and reporting of our campaigns.
• Working with global internal teams to ensure content development and distribution across our digital ecosystems in line with the channel strategies, employer branding guidelines and editorial planning to drive engagement and help to find the best talent.
• Working closely with global digital and brand managers to provide insights and proposals to ensure that candidates and employees have a great user experience.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken command in English
• 2-3+ years of experience working in digital operations for an agency or large size business in local market
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment
• BA/BS or Masters degrees (ideally Marketing, Digital or Business related)
• Marketing web management is a must have (HTML, CSS, JS optional)
• You are not afraid to try something new, learn a skill or explore the unknown
