Digital Manager - Central Europe
Workplace: WarszawaYour main responsibilities:
- Website updates - preparation of materials on regional level and localize them to markets
- Align SM and Email plans together with online team to support all campaigns
- Implement projects and coordinate markets and support with the implementation of the projects and reaching the set KPIs
- Test and innovate with new ideas and technologies through POC projects
- Run regional advertising campaigns for CE markets, coordinate the full process with agency and markets, ensure proper budget allocation
- Create regional digital yearly and long term strategy based on Global Strategy; taking active part in creating Markets’ strategy
- Coordinate the yearly digital budget
- Monitor and follow of digital activities: website reports on period basis; campaign reports; any other required ad-hoc reports
- Monitor competition on market: initiatives, market specific information sharing, trends follow-up, etc
- Managing content creation
- Active participation in executing segmented communication
- Cooperation with IT Department on new developments
What we are looking for:
- Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar position or in an agency
- Excellent knowledge of online and social media trends, SEO.
- Excellent communication skills
- Great project management skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of campaign management
- Google Analytics knowledge
- Experience in using CRM Tools will be a plus
