Our Client is worldwide renown company from technology sector representing premium product brand. We are currently looking for Digital and CRM Managerwho will join Marketing Department of the company in Warsaw.
The person on this position will be responsible forcreating short and long term CRM strategy based on company goals, coordination of external agencies activity while implementing the strategy. Digital & CRM Manager will also be responsible for wider strategy of company digital presence, creating and executing various digital marketing projects. One of the main tasks for the person will be to develop consumer databases in order to achieve the best customer segmentation, enable to gather the best information on the clients to know their preferences and be able to cross sell, upsell, build and expand relations with clients. Digital Manager will be responsible for developing digital marketing campaigns, suggesting new online tools, projects and improvements, overseeing the social strategy, managing online brand and product campaigns, budgetary control over digital marketing activity.
We are looking forcandidates with minimum 5 years of experience in digital projects, CRM building and improvement, working on data bases, e - mail marketing campaigns. Right candidate has to have experience in building overall digital presence strategy, digital project management, budget management. We are looking for candidate who is passionate about digital, constantly track new trends concerning digital world, has knowledge how to gain knowledge about the clients, understands mechanisms of customer acquisition and retention. Very welcome are candidate from financial or telecom sector. At least good command of English is a must.
