- Act as internal project lead (15 engineers in Belgium, 5 in India)
- Possibility to deploy methodologies like Scrum (it is a company in an R&D setting)
- Good analytical skills and capable of participating in a fast paced, intellectual setting
- Fluent in English
- Good management skills / project-management skills
